How to Place a Return (4 Easy Steps)

1. 1. Initiate Contact via Email

   • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #**YourOrderID**
2. 2. Provide Necessary Details

   Include the following to speed up the process:

   • Reason for return/exchange
   • Product images & unboxing video (Mandatory for damage claims)
   • Order ID and registered phone number
3. 3. Product Pickup (Verification)

   The product will be picked up only if it is in **original condition** with tags and packaging intact. We will schedule the pickup.

4. 4. Refund/Exchange Processing
   • Refund initiated after the product is received and verified.
   • Full amount refunded after deducting **Rs. 50–100** for shipping charges.
   • No refund will be issued if the product is not found in its original condition.
