How to place a return?

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #YourOrderID

  Provide details

  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Product images & unboxing video
  • Order ID and registered phone number

• 3.

  Product pickup

  • The product will be picked up only if it is in original condition with tags and packaging

• 4.

  Refund/Exchange

  • Refund will be initiated after the product is received and verified by us
  • The full amount will be refunded after deducting Rs. 50–100 for shipping charges
  • No refund will be issued if the product is not found in its original condition with tags and packaging

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
